Questions that come up before checkout.
What counts as a website?
One live client website counts as one slot against your 50 / 150 / 300 capacity. Staging copies of a live site do not need their own slot, and an unused slot can be filled at any time.
Is there monthly billing?
No. Plans are annual. Two-year and three-year terms save more: Supreme PRO drops from $1,099 to $2,999 over three years, and Super Supreme from $1,599 to $4,999.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Supreme to Supreme PRO to Super Supreme as your book of business grows. Your sites stay exactly where they are. Only the capacity number changes.
Is Website Turbo included?
No. It is a $20/mo per-site add-on for sites that genuinely need more RAM and PHP workers: WooCommerce, high-traffic or performance-critical client flagships.
What is the refund policy?
Plans are annual. If something is not working for you, contact support@hostrider.net before or shortly after your billing date and we will look at it honestly.
